What if creative thinking could be made into a crucial ingredient that helps transform education in Myanmar?
This 3-week travel and service learning experience introduces students and members of the SUNY alumni community to a unique
cultural and hands-on experience in Yangon, Myanmar. The 17-day program involves collaborative work alongside influential people with service learning assignments that can potentially lead to policy that makes a difference at the national or regional levels.
The Myanmar Program is open to all Buffalo State currently enrolled students. Alumni and community members are also welcome to participate as mentors or as project leaders. Visit the Institute of Myanmar United (IMU) website for application deadlines and information.
